The Creative Technologies department at the University of Portsmouth has
a digital multi-track recording studio in which students are taught the principals of music engineering and
production. The song
'One Caveat' by the Portsmouth-based solo Electro-guitar act
Qhixldekx was recorded as part of Andrew Morrison's Bachelor
of Science degree in
Entertainment
Technology for the optional 'Engineering and Production' third year unit. The song was recorded and
produced as a group project, with Leon Michael Tricker being invited into the studio - along with his guest drummer -
to perform the new song.
'One Caveat' features on Qhixldekx's mini album 'The Twin Moon Conspiracy',
which can be ordered by clicking
