Edited version of a song from 'Younger Than Some, Smarter Than Most', and an extra track on the CD single of 'A State Of Affairs'. 'Complete' is a slick synthesizer-heavy R'n'B influenced groove, with a longing chorus refrain that repeats throughout the song and many, many tracks of female backing vocals complimenting Andy's voice.
